The programme focuses on empowering young leaders exploring how technology can better serve people, communities, and the planet. The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver the programme across multiple regions, including Europe, Middle East and North Africa (MENA), United States, and Asia-Pacific. ChangemakerXchange is seeking someone pragmatic, highly organised, and delivery-focused, with strong programme management skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographical contexts.
Position Details: 12-month full-time contract, with the possibility of working 3-4 days per week. Location is Germany, with Berlin preferred; flexible work model including home-office opportunities, alongside access to a small, well-equipped office in central Berlin. Salary is EUR 45,000-60,000 per year, depending on experience and competencies. Applicants able to travel to Berlin regularly may also be considered.
