The Global Landscapes Forum (GLF)'s Speakers Engagement Coordinator will support the GLF Partnership & Engagement Coordinator in identifying and reaching out to strategic partners, donors, sponsors, governments, and inspiring community leaders, activists, and artists who could become GLF speakers. The role contributes to events' overall narratives, defining relevant topics and identifying best-suited speakers, ensuring diverse representation across gender, region, and knowledge systems. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end speaker journey (identification, invitations, briefings, follow-ups), identifying diverse visionary leaders and emerging topics ensuring at least 50% women and Global South representation, coordinating communication across internal teams, managing the speakers' database, curating engaging session formats, connecting new voices and ideas to global discourse, promoting speakers' knowledge across media platforms, supporting capacity building within GLF communities (GLFx Chapters, Youth, Restoration Stewards), and nurturing strategic partner relationships. Requirements: recent graduate with a master's or bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, international relations, development studies or related field (or bachelor's with 2+ years relevant experience); strong written and verbal communication skills; project management experience; knowledge of the SDGs; Canva experience is an advantage; fluency in English required, other languages (French, Spanish, Indonesian, German) an advantage. This is a 9-month consultancy; work location Europe/Africa time zones preferred.
