The Project Officer supports the implementation of the EU-funded Cross-Border Cooperation Integrated Border Management North Africa (CBC IBM NA) project, aimed at strengthening integrated border management, institutional capacities and operational cross-border cooperation through infrastructure, equipment, capacity building and technical assistance.

Based in the ICMPD Tunis Office, the position works under the supervision of the Project Manager and in close coordination with the Mediterranean Region (Organizational Unit: Mediterranean).

Excellent command of English and French is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

Contract and conditions: Grade LP2, staff contract for a duration of 12 months, 1 vacancy. Monthly net-base salary: 6,112.00 TND. Allowances and benefits include participation in the ICMPD Provident Fund, Health and Accident Insurance, six weeks' annual leave and, where applicable, dependent's allowance and mobility and mobility related allowances.
