IPPF works with varying models of service delivery in approximately 151 countries. Funding from donors for service delivery models is reducing; these models need to find ways to increase their income to remain active in their communities. The Commercial Team helps Member Associations (MAs) that run health care services do so in a financially sustainable way.

Role Purpose: partner with 14 focused Member Associations to help them achieve financial sustainability. Work closely with MAs to collect, validate and analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities to strengthen operational and financial data systems, establish commercial KPIs and deliver dashboards for performance management and decision-making. Develop practical tools to strengthen day-to-day operations and build robust business cases to quantify costs, model projections, justify investments and evidence ROI. Embed data-driven decision-making, improve pricing and performance management, and coach and upskill in-country teams.

Key duties: partner with senior non-financial stakeholders to analyze financials/KPIs; build service-line P&L accounts; assess MA capability to produce monthly reports, forecasts and budgets; lead price reviews; build and maintain investment models (ROI/NPV/payback); run monthly performance forums with each MA.

Required: qualified chartered accountant, CIMA, or health economist background.

Salary: GBP 53,298 - 59,000 per year. Contract: Permanent, full-time. Note: visa sponsorship not available for this role.
