Location: Manila (ADB Headquarters), Philippines
The Integrity Specialist is assigned to the Investigations Division (AIID) within the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI), based at ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines (relocation required, expenses covered). Reports to the Director, AIID; oversees junior team members.
Role: assigned to an external investigation team (EIT), managing an EIT team hub responsible for an assigned portfolio of integrity-related cases (case allocation, prioritization, oversight, review). Leads and conducts investigations under ADB's Investigation and Enforcement Framework (IEF); prepares investigation reports/submissions to the Integrity Enforcement Committee (IEC); advises OAI management and stakeholders on findings, enforcement options and risk mitigation. Also: staff management/hub leadership, policy review, capacity development/training, and external engagement with MDBs and international forums.
Qualifications: University degree in law, business administration, finance, project management or related field (post-graduate preferred); 6+ years professional experience including substantial fraud/corruption/integrity investigation experience in an international/cross-border context; experience leading complex investigations and supervising others; excellent English writing/presentation skills.
