The Finance and Operations Coordinator is accountable for effective implementation of financial and operational management policies, processes and systems of FHF programs in Myanmar. Key responsibilities: operations coordination (secondary point of contact, travel/accommodation coordination, office administration/HR/health & safety records); implementing financial policies and systems (developing financial policies aligned with FHF Finance Manual, using SUN systems, cash reconciliation, supplier/bank payments); management accounting and periodic reporting (periodic financial reports, bank reconciliation, partner advance payments, budget monitoring); compliance with relevant laws (working with auditors on local labour/tax/social security/currency laws for INGOs in Myanmar, statutory returns).
