Your position and responsibilities

Le.la Seine-Saint-Denis (SSD) territorial project manager contributes to the influence strategy in the Ile-de-France region and ensures the implementation of projects 

More specifically, your missions will be to: 

Ensure the management of projects in his/her area of intervention in connection with the influence strategy of the France mission. 

  • Monitor and analyse the context, needs and actors in your area of intervention in conjunction with the field coordinator and the Ile de France base team.
  • Participate in the definition of projects and the framing of activities, including partner support activities in coordination with the ACF teams and partners concerned
  • Define projects and the scoping of activities, including partner support activities, in coordination with the relevant ACF teams and identifying project change objectives
  • Represent ACF and ensure relations with the various partners and in the different meeting spaces 

Ensure the implementation of projects in its area of intervention in line with the influence strategy of the France mission 

  • Implement and ensure the quality of project activities and monitoring and evaluation in line with ACF standards and the intervention strategy of the French mission
  • Develop the tools, protocols and methodology adapted and necessary for the deployment of activities, in co-construction with the various actors involved and in conjunction with the ACF coordination
  • Lead or co-lead collective work frameworks and/or governance dynamics related to the deployment of projects, in conjunction with the field coordinator
  • Develop the necessary communication and advocacy materials and tools concerning the projects in conjunction with the teams and partners concerned 

Guarantee the capitalization, reporting and dissemination of projects in your area of intervention 

  • Ensure the reporting of activities carried out in the field and the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Contribute to the drafting of advocacy notes for advocacy at the national level
  • Ensure the capitalization and participate in the dissemination and internal and external promotion of the tools, reports, results produced (external intervention, website, communication with partners, etc.) in conjunction with the field coordinator 

Supervise the alternating assistant 

  • Organizing recruitment and onboarding
  • Training and Promoting Skills Development
  • Advise and provide technical support.

Your profile 

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in one of the following fields: political science, local and territorial development, project management or coordination, public policy, public affairs, social design, or a related field.
 
You have at least four years of professional experience in project management, primarily in France, in the areas of social action, food security, combating food insecurity, access to rights, or monitoring and evaluation.
 
You have proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving local authorities, government agencies, associations, and other local partners.
You are proficient in needs assessment, data collection, analysis, and data valorization methods.
 
You have the ability to design and facilitate participatory workshops, drawing on collective intelligence and popular education methods.
Your in-depth knowledge of the associative and institutional landscape of Seine-Saint-Denis is a significant asset.
 
You have the ability to build consensus and work effectively in a team.
You are recognized for your creativity, proactive approach and your ability to work in complex environments.
 
Status: Integrated Manager - Fixed-term contract - Full-time
 
Location: Montreuil
 
Salary: €37,000 to €41,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience, Seniority bonus after 3 years at headquarters
