RECOFTC Lao PDR invites eligible service providers to submit expressions of interest to develop and produce information, education and communication (IEC) materials for the EnABLE project, funded by the World Bank. The consulting service covers four components: (1) planning; (2) content development and message adaptation; (3) design and production; (4) quality assurance, validation, coordination and reporting. Interested service providers should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. Full details are set out in the Expression of Interest notice and the accompanying Terms of Reference (CS-05-IEC) available as attachments on the announcement page.
