About the Mary Organization
The MRD organization is a licensed non-profit organization operating in Syria, implementing humanitarian and development projects in the areas of peacebuilding, civil dialogue, capacity building, agriculture and livelihoods, civil society support, and community empowerment, in partnership with local and international partners.
Thephotographer and designer is responsible for producing professional visual content that includes photography, editing, motion graphics design, and graphic design, with the aim of documenting the organization’s activities and projects and enhancing its media presence through the production of high-quality creative images, videos, and content that conform to the visual identity and humanitarian standards.
Main tasks
Photography and videography for activities, projects, and events.
Professional video editing and production for social media platforms and reports.
Motion graphics video design and creative visual content.
Graphic design for social media and media materials.
Archiving and organizing photos, videos, and media files.
Adherence to visual identity and humanitarian work standards.
Required qualifications
At least two years of experience in photography, video editing, and graphic design.
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro,
Adobe After Effects
, Adobe Photoshop,
and Adobe Illustrator/Lightroom
. Skill in professional photography, motion graphics, and graphic design.
Ability to work in the field and travel when required.
A strong creative sense and excellent visual storytelling and content production skills.
