Full-Time | Remote; U.S.-based | Salary Range $65,000–$75,000
About Technovation: Technovation is a global nonprofit that has spent 20 years building one of the largest technology entrepreneurship programs for young people, reaching 300,000+ participants across 100+ countries. Its project-based curriculum walks learners through real-world problem-solving using AI and technology, and 76% of alumni go on to pursue STEM degrees. The Technovation Challenge runs through a global network of program implementation partners including schools, youth-serving nonprofits, universities, and afterschool programs around the world. The U.S. is one of the fastest-growing regions.
About the Role: The U.S. Program Manager joins the Program Partner Leads team and is the connector between Technovation HQ and the U.S. program implementation partners running Technovation on the ground. You will build relationships with those partners directly, make sure they have what they need to succeed, and use what you learn to inform how Technovation supports partners at scale. The role suits someone energized by both relationship management and operational detail, working closely with the U.S. Partnerships Specialist, the fundraising and marketing teams, and the global Program Partner team.
Responsibilities: Partner Support — support U.S.-based implementation partners through consistent individual check-ins, customized resources, and responsive feedback loops; use partner data to inform programmatic and partnership decisions; build systems that scale. Set U.S. Partner Strategy in collaboration with the U.S. Partnerships Specialist, global Program Partner Team, and Program Partner Director. Grant Coordination — ensure U.S. program-related grant deliverables are met and coordinate with fundraising on proposals. Storytelling & Marketing Collaboration — work with marketing to surface and amplify stories of successful program implementation, particularly in school settings. Partner Onboarding — support onboarding of prospective implementation partners and track their progress to launch. Educator Training Coordination with high-impact school partners. Global Chapter Initiatives — onboarding, bi-weekly newsletters, monthly councils, resource development, mini-grant applications and disbursement, program policy adaptations, and end-of-season reporting. Global Competition Execution — score monitoring, finalist selection, platform QA testing, and annual program updates.
Qualifications: 3+ years experience managing relationships with schools, nonprofits, or other program partners in an education or youth-serving context; comfortable using data to inform decisions; strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to customize resources for varying partner needs; experience coordinating across teams to keep multiple workstreams moving; highly organized, able to manage recurring operational work (newsletters, councils, reporting cycles); comfortable working asynchronously with a distributed team and partner base across time zones. A strong plus: previous experience as a STEM educator; experience with grant-funded programs and grant reporting requirements; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/partner-tracking tools.
Benefits: 20 vacation days plus all federal holidays and sick time; a paid organization-wide week-long shutdown at the end of the year; 100% cost coverage of medical, dental, and vision for employees and a portion for partners and dependents; life-insurance coverage; 401k with organization match after two years; option to participate in FSA and DCA pre-tax programs; tenure bonus plan; remote work with core work hours and flexible scheduling. Technovation is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
HOW TO APPLY:
Apply via the online application form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeSyHpAk78g58418QN4iu6Jy1IRYq9G8XjqjMhaHJewJRK1XQ/viewform. Be ready to upload: your resume, including a link to your LinkedIn profile; a cover letter expressing your interest in and alignment with the opportunity, including why you believe you would be a good fit; and a screening task: outline what a great first-season experience would include (from onboarding to end-of-season reporting) for a new school district partner facing challenges such as overwhelm and competing pulls on existing administrator and educator attention. Please do not spend more than 2 hours on the task — the interest is in your approach, not a perfected end product.
