Job Purpose
The incumbent will monitor project activities through field visits, necessary coordination, and approved communication channels, in accordance with operational requirements and work demands. Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of planned activities, preparing work plans, tracking project needs, and managing the required documentation and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
1.Support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of project activities at the field level, ensuring implementation schedules are met as per the detailed activity plan.
2. Ensure optimal communication with schools and information sharing with line manager, Support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of project
3. Liaise with community stakeholders (e.g. Parents, local councils, and educational complexes.), and effectively mobilize them to ensure full involvement in project activities.
4. In coordination with the project team, support capacity-building events for project beneficiaries, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
5. Providing technical support to staff by supervising project implementation activities.
6. Participate in the weekly and monthly meetings
7. Oversees the employee development process by providing training and continuous supervision..
8. Work closely with the field CP and coordinate for the activities and provide the support.
9. Supervising the delivery of materials and purchases and get the necessary documentation.
10. Raise PRF and PRs for the program
11. Prepare narrative reports for partners and donors
12. Any other duties as assigned by the Field project manager.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
Essential. A:
1.University degree.
2. A minimum of two years of professional experience in activities.
3. Good computer skills including proficiency in using Outlook, Excel, Word
Desirable / arzu edilir. B:
1. Ability to write progress reports on project activities.

5. Experience in school records and their follow-up.
