MASS is seeking a full-time Architect / Senior Designer to join our team in Boston, MA. We are seeking a talented Architect / Senior Designer with at least 7+ years of relevant experience to join our practice. The candidate is anticipated to work on a variety of projects, primarily built-work in the affordable housing, health care, and community development portfolio. The primary assignments will include full scope of design from concept, through working drawings, and construction administration. Candidates should be comfortable with technical development of a project and with providing guidance and support to less experienced designers.
