Objective: To lead and execute the talent management strategy in the country, ensuring compliance with current legislation, the application of institutional policies and comprehensive support for national and international staff.
Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the country management team to understand the objectives of the programme on the ground and develop the Human Resources strategy, ensuring its alignment with the national strategy.
• Manage data management across all information systems and the payroll system, providing staff and managers with the reports needed for decision-making and management.
• Oversee the timely recording of personnel data, files, staffing and benefits, ensuring the use of monitoring tools and monthly reviews.
• Manage the talent recruitment process for all national positions, ensuring compliance with policies, labour legislation and internal regulations.
• Actively participate in the design and drafting of proposals, as well as in the kick-off meetings, advising specifically on the organizational structure.
Essential requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resources: Psychology, Industrial Relations, Personnel Administration or related areas.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources. 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Experience in non-governmental organizations (desirable).
• Leadership, communication and results-oriented skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of data analysis (desirable).
• Excellent command of Spanish and English, both oral and written (essential).
• Work location in Caracas, Venezuela (willingness to relocate on your own).
