3. Organizational Systems & Coordination (~15%): Facilitate cross-fund Fundraising Team; maintain development systems and forecasting; strengthen coordination between CLIMA's fundraising, communications, and program functions.

Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or partnership development; demonstrated success cultivating institutional, family, and individual donors; strong understanding of climate justice and movement-led approaches; outstanding communication and relationship-building skills; experience developing fundraising strategies; ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives; deep commitment to justice, equity, and movement-led change.

Salary: $123,000. Remote position requiring ~3 hours overlap between 8AM–12PM PST, Monday–Friday. Approximately 5–8 trips per year required. Desired start date: January 4, 2027.
