Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian aid organization that provides assistance in more than 70 countries to populations in distress. As Transversal Supply Chain Officer (f/x/m) based in Brussels, you will drive transversal supply chain initiatives across OCB and Ubuntu by combining strategic coordination with technical expertise. You will contribute to the definition, alignment, and implementation of global supply chain strategies through the Front Office, while serving as the focal point for importation, customs, transport, and warehousing within the Supply and Technical Information Systems team. Main responsibilities include: designing, leading and coordinating transversal supply chain projects across OCB & Ubuntu; representing the needs of Supply Chain Officers and Country Programs supply staff in cross-departmental, inter-OC, and international platforms; acting as focal point for importation, customs, transport and warehousing by developing the OCB knowledge base and ensuring compliance with international standards; providing technical and operational support on customs, transport and warehousing to country teams; contributing to the design and validation of supply chain processes and tools; promoting evidence-based decision making by analysing supply chain data; and acting as substitute for Supply Chain Officers in Cells during absences. Requirements: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or related field (mandatory); minimum 3 years of international experience in supply chain management in MSF or another INGO in an operational humanitarian context (mandatory); proven experience with importation, customs, warehousing and international transport processes (mandatory); knowledge of humanitarian supply chain challenges and risk management (mandatory). Languages: proficient English (mandatory) and good working level French (mandatory). Conditions: expected starting date October 2026; open-ended full-time contract; salary according to MSF-OCB HQ grid; meal vouchers, hospital insurance, pension plan, and 100% public transport reimbursement.
