Within UNICEF's private sector ecosystem, effective internal communication and engagement is a strategic objective of leadership at PFP and key channels are the Pulse Newsletter, the intranet, and staff meetings. The Ecosystem Engagement team is responsible for coordinating communication throughout the ecosystem and ensuring that the right internal audiences are reached with the relevant content.
How can you make a difference?
This position is responsible for the overall administrative activities that support the Ecosystem Engagement team and will also be supporting the Communication Manager and Knowledge Management Specialist with communication functions and project management delivery. The role is accountable for managing the team's budget effectively, and all administrative work.

Minimum requirements:
* Education: Completion of Secondary Education is required.
* Work Experience:
* A minimum of five years of relevant administrative or clerical work experience required.
* Experience maintaining repositories, intranet pages, or collaboration platforms and uploading/documenting the content is required.
* Proven experience organizing meetings, preparing agendas/materials, and supporting webinars or knowledge-sharing sessions, is required.
* Hands-on experience supporting budget preparation, monitoring utilization, and ensuring compliance with rules (e.g., grants tracking, expenditure monitoring), is required.
* Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
Desirables:
* Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
* Experience in project management and coordination is an asset.
* Experience in writing and editing is an asset, including identifying compelling and engaging stories relevant to staff working with the private sector.
* Experience and familiarity with UNICEF policies, procedures, and systems (VISION, eTools, SharePoint), is an asset.
* UN/UNICEF experience is an asset.
* Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
