The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh now invites eligible individuals to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services. Interested individual consultants must provide:

Position: Training Specialist- C3

Qualification:
At least a Bachelor's degree (Graduation) from a foreign or local university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant experience in the education sector and/or public sector projects, which will be considered an added advantage.

Experience:
Minimum three (03) years of relevant professional experience in system implementation and operational support, training planning, coordination and field execution, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in education sector initiatives and/or public sector projects will be considered an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong training planning, execution, management, and monitoring skills.
- Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
- Good organizational and administrative skills, along with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports, are required.
- Basic understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) and other digital tools will be considered an added advantage.

A detailed, dated and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience in carrying out similar assignments, as well as references for possible checks.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 [revised November 2017, July 2018 & November 2020] ("Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

The Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations of the World Bank for IPF Borrower July 2016 Revised November 2017, July 2018 & November 2020

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, by mail, or by e-mail) by on or before 30th June 2026 at 16:00 Hours. The duration of the assignment is 08 months and it shall be extendable based on the performance and requirement of the project.
