Background:
Terre des hommes Lausanne (Tdh), is reorganising its organisational model in order to get closer to children and young people in vulnerable situations in the thirty or so countries where it is active.

In Tdh's new organisational model, the head office takes on the role of a centre of expertise to act effectively in favour of the respect, protection and promotion of children's rights and to ensure overall steering, strategy, policies, monitoring and compliance as well as thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of a transformation and deployment program for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, the Product Owner Finance Proxy, you will be the interface between the Finance business teams (accounting, management control) and the project/integrator teams. You will translate the specific needs of the organization into functional requirements, taking into account the constraints specific to the NGO sector: multi-donor funding, regulatory reporting, analytical management by funding and by project while supporting the teams in change management.

He/she guarantees:
• The quality of the configuration and the developments carried out
• Proper execution of the acceptance phases
• Deployment Readiness and Success
• Change management and user ownership of the tool
• He/she is involved in the entire project cycle: scoping, design, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze the needs of the finance teams (accounting, management control, treasury) and evaluate deviations from ERP standards (fit/gap).
• Participate in the functional design, process optimization and modeling of financial flows (financing, donor reporting).
• Write specifications, manage tests (UAT, integration), follow up on anomalies and validate solutions in conjunction with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation and deployment of the ERP (data transfer, configuration, user training, post-go-live support).
• Support change management by facilitating the adoption of new tools and processes.
• Participate in the development of dashboards (Power BI) and project reporting.

Profile sought:
Education:
Higher education in Finance / Accounting / Management

Experience / Skills:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in operational finance or ERP projects.
•Significant experience in NGOs, in the field and/or at headquarters (Donor Reporting & Justification of expenditures, program/project accounting, multi-currency budget management).
•A first experience in an ERP deployment project is highly appreciated.
•Excellent analytical, synthesizing, interpreting information and a great deal of
•Attention to detail and precision.
•Competence to monitor and collaborate with people with a non-financial background (ability to train, advise, control).
•In-depth knowledge of budget management and cost accounting in NGOs.
•Ability to get involved in defining the Foundation's financial tools and processes.

Languages:
Written and oral languages required: Fluency in French and English.

IT Knowledge:
•Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint) packages
•Confluence (specification writing, user manuals), Jira
•Making tutorial videos for users
•ERP experience, especially Microsoft Business Central

Salary:
Between CHF 84,000 and 103,000 gross per year at 100%, depending on experience. As a measure of fairness, the salary is not negotiable.
