OBJECTIVE:
Provide technical support to employees of all Plan Brasil units and maintain the organization's inventory of technology assets, focusing on quality of service, compliance with standards for the use of IT resources and traceability of technological assets.
DUTIES:
• Provide face-to-face and remote technical support to employees at all Plan Brasil locations;
• Register, monitor and close calls in the helpdesk system, ensuring complete documentation of each service and compliance with the defined SLAs;
• Guide users in the correct use of IT systems, software and equipment;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment;
• Perform software and firmware update on the organization's systems and equipment;
• Register solutions and procedures in the area's knowledge base;
• Update the inventory of IT assets, recording all incoming, outgoing, transferring, borrowing and disposing movements;
• Request and monitor the inventory update in the other offices remotely;
• Identify and report anomalies in inventory, such as unregistered assets, equipment without defined location or outdated records;
• Follow and enforce established IT policies and procedures;
REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed higher education or studying in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas;
• Proven minimum 2 years experience in IT technical support or similar functions;
• Experience with a call management tool — ITSM (any system);
• Experience with inventory control or IT asset management (any formal system or process);
• Knowledge in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment;
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems with autonomy and investigative sense;
• Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with all hierarchical levels;
• Organization, responsibility and discipline of registration;
Differentials
• Basic to intermediate English;
• Experience in an NGO, third sector or organization with multiple offices;
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to technical support;
• Experience with identity and access management tools;
• Experience with user onboarding and offboarding processes;
