The Project Lead will provide overall technical and managerial oversight for the project, ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and delivery of all project activities. The role will lead project coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Lead will oversee the instructional design process, content adaptation, OpenEdX course development, pilot testing, and final course deployment to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards. In addition, the Project Lead will review and approve all key project deliverables, including technical outputs, presentations, reports, and training activities, while leading project meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with government counterparts, development partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Thai national.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Digital Content Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital learning, educational content development, and project management.
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects involving government agencies, development partners, or international organizations.
- Experience with OpenEdX and e-learning content authoring tools.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
