Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Assignment :
• Reporting to the Communication Development Buyer, the purchasing assistant will support all stages of the purchasing process for the COMDEV portfolio:
• Market monitoring and supplier sourcing;
• Drafting of administrative specifications;
• Financial analysis of offers;
• Organization of presentations;
• Participation in negotiations
• ; Contribution to contract finalization.
• The assistant will also participate in:
• Updating purchasing tools
• ; Supporting users on UBW;
• Supporting colleagues in managing their consultations and calls for tenders, as well as coordinating the various stakeholders.
• Finally, the assistant will contribute to the dynamic implementation of purchasing performance within ACF.
Profile:
• We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Employment conditions
Status: Apprenticeship Contract
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Montreuil, Île-de-France
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of education) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to time spent at the organization)
25 days of paid leave prorated to time spent at the
organization Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transportation: 50% reimbursement of the daily rate between home and work
€175/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets
Remote work: Open to all candidates from mainland France, our remote work policy defines the job activities requiring mandatory time spent at the association's headquarters, and allows you to choose to work remotely for the remainder of your time. For this purpose, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 2 days per month has been defined for this position. Time will also be dedicated to team-building activities at headquarters: an average of 3 days per month for meetings and team events, and 2 mandatory days of attendance during your first 6 weeks onboarding.
