Affiliations and Achievements:

In my position of acting program Support manager I had overall responsibility for country program design and management (Country Strategic Plan elaboration, implementation, monitoring and evaluation), country program monitoring (include Global Funds R8 on malaria) and country level representation; Program management included managing grants, partnerships and resource mobilization.

My positions of Country Health Advisor offered me the opportunity to have an overall responsibility for the design and implementation of an integrated health program comprising components of child survival, Global Funds Round 8 proposal development on malaria and HIV/AIDS, Children and youth’s sexual and reproductive Heath, advocacy, preschool development. I also reinforced my skill in strategic planning and working knowledge with central and local governments and community based organizations, and familiarized with budget preparation process. I got also good knowledge of key Plan policies, procedures and regulations. Working at this position reinforced my experiences in networking with international and bilateral institutions, international NGOs and Government (CCM, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA,World Food Program, Save the Children).
