Professional Experience:

I have more than ten years of professional experience spanning project management, supply chain operations, public-sector administration, team leadership, research, and policy analysis. My background combines operational management in complex commercial and government environments with more recent work focused on human rights, labor migration, and institutional governance.

As a Team Lead and Project Manager at Avantor, I managed approximately 100 laboratory buildout and technical outfitting projects for universities, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, and corporate clients. I simultaneously oversaw 30 to 40 active projects, coordinating vendors, contractors, subcontractors, procurement teams, installers, technicians, logistics personnel, and end users. My responsibilities included schedule management, documentation, equipment and material delivery, installation readiness, quality issues, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication, including during major COVID-19 supply chain disruptions.

As a Management Analyst with the United States Navy, I analyzed procurement, logistics, and administrative workflows in a regulated public-sector environment. I reviewed internal controls, compliance procedures, documentation, process gaps, and accountability mechanisms while handling sensitive institutional materials requiring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness.

I later served as District Manager for Metrolina Greenhouses, directing seasonal operations across 13 retail locations and supervising 22 employees. I managed staffing, inventory, logistics, delivery schedules, reporting, vendor coordination, and site performance. Earlier positions with Lowe’s and The Home Depot strengthened my experience in team leadership, inventory control, order fulfillment, contractor coordination, customer service, and operational problem-solving.

My recent research experience at CREDI in Sarajevo focused on labor markets, migration, social policy, vulnerable groups, worker protection, and access to rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I conducted policy and document analysis, evidence synthesis, and institutional mapping, including contributions to IOM-related research.

Alongside my professional roles, I have held leadership and civic positions focused on human rights, accessibility, disability inclusion, and equitable workplace practices. Across these experiences, I have developed strong capabilities in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, workflow analysis, reporting, vendor and contract coordination, policy research, process improvement, and team management.
