Professional Experience:
Ms Yolamu brings over 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating programs, Project management, demonstrated expertise in developing robust data systems. As Family Health Service’s (Formerly known as PSI/Malawi) M&E Senior Manager, she leads the development and implementation of performance and monitoring plans for HIV department which has a portfolio of 5 HIV projects, serves as the primary liaison with Ministry of Health (MOH) and USAID Malawi on data issues, leads implementation of quarterly data quality assessments, and manages the DHIS2 database. Skilled in data management, indicator development, data visualization, performance monitoring against set targets, and reporting for multi country programmes. She provides capacity building and guidance to project staff, prepares and monitors Program and M&E budgets and activities, leads implementation of quarterly data quality assessments, manages M&E personnel, systems and data, uploads data in different reporting platforms. She holds a bachelor’s science degree in Computer Science from the University of Malawi Chancellor college and Masters in Global Health Implementation
