Professional Experience:
• Develop and guide the overall strategic and technical vision and drive the program’s innovative, evidence-based, adaptation approach. • Operationalize strategic linkages and coordinate across technical, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and learning teams at implementation level, to further technical excellence, learning and impact, and ensure coherence of program components. • Provide leadership in the planning of the implementation of all program activities in accordance with the goals of the project. • Provide leadership in the development of the program description and annual operational plans. • Planning for project staff capacity development including tailored training and mentoring. • Oversee the management of relationships with stakeholders. • Monitor implementation of the work plan and budget and strategic plans. • Provide leadership in documentation and report writing of program progress. • Provide leadership in regular program reviews to understand the results and its implication on pro-gram implementation. • Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements. • Participate in national/ regional and community-based forums relevant to the program including TWGs, stakeholder meetings, core teams. • Report to relevant stakeholders including donor, line ministries, beneficiaries, organizational board/management. • Lead and manage routine processes for development and tracking of project implementation bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual.
