• Develop Customer Service (CS) software application to track customer complaints, commendations, and staff performance. Develop various performance measures to track agency efficiencies and effectiveness. Market and sell product to several government agencies in the U.S. This Customer Service application has seen agency improvement at about 15%.
• Manage the design, development, monitoring and evaluation of several Information Technology projects. Improve processes through internal reviews, software application development, and customer interviews.
• Manage the design/ development of E-Governance software systems, including web portals & databases.
• Develop a web-based portal to generate metrics for evaluation and comparison purposes. This automation resulted in times savings of about 75% over manual processes.
