His experience in security operations has strengthened his attention to detail, situational awareness, crisis management skills, and ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
Beyond security, Kossivi has established himself as a visionary leader and consultant. He is the Principal and Managing Partner of Leanovatics, a multidisciplinary consultancy firm that brings together over 200 experts across various professional fields. Through Leanovatics, he has led and contributed to projects in leadership development, business strategy, political consulting, and organizational transformation.
