More than 14 years of experience as a Government Engineer. Led and delivered on various roads and bridges projects and continuous development initiatives within the Department of Roads, Ministry of Works & Human Settlement in Bhutan. These roles have spanned diverse responsibilities, from an Assistant Engineer to a Chief Engineer. Led and was an active member of various committees of the department and ministry in many decision making, organizational and systemic improvements of the department organization and capacity building efforts. Transitioned to a Freelance Advisor, providing valuable services and assistances to contractors on contractual matters especially claims and time extensions spanning 4 years. Started working as a full time Consultant with LEA Associates Pvt Ltd. Recent assignment in lead position as a full time Consultant was a challenging but successfully delivered road infrastructure project in Mozambique, Africa. My commitment to excellence and adaptability makes me a valuable asset in any engineering context.
