Experience
Head of Digital Commerce, Lyreco Switzerland AG
During my tenure from September 2022 to December 2023 in Dietikon, CH, I provided consulting services to Lyreco Group globally on Microsoft and Adobe Experience Cloud implementation, MarTech strategy, and data architecture setup. I had P&L responsibility for all online activities in Switzerland, generating CHF 200 million in annual sales. I led a team of omnichannel specialists, implemented a customer data platform solution, and built strong stakeholder networks.

From July 2020 to January 2022 in Zurich, CH, I played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and digital transformation at CR Kommunikation AG. I advised clients on digital strategies, led the implementation of Microsoft and Adobe Experience Cloud, and increased the agency's ranking in Switzerland. I developed and executed digital campaigns, represented the agency at events, and spearheaded initiatives such as the Programmatic Ad Platform and Reporting Platform.

I also established regular communications between key stakeholders and executive management.
