Applied knowledge of development project planning & reporting: Logistic Frame, TOC, and budgeting. Experience in writing policy briefs and proposals based on global mental health interventions. Thesis: Primary qualitative research for NGO Healing Justice London - developing an M&E framework for their program responding to trauma from social marginalisation and migration.

BSc Psychology from Leiden University.
