Professional Experience: |
As the Founder of The Creativity Concierge since 2021, I've been providing advisory services to a diverse range of organizations, spanning hospitality, travel, leisure, law, and social enterprises. My focus extends beyond conventional marketing and communications, delving into innovative business decision-making, revenue generation, and the implementation of impactful creative ideas.
Recently, I’ve fulfilled the role as the Global Marketing & Communication Manager at Amani Institute from 2022 to 2023. In this capacity, I undertook the critical task of establishing and enhancing the organization's digital presence while ensuring the attractiveness and competitiveness of its programs and services for contracting and fundraising. I enjoy being the mosquito in the room, bringing forward innovative digital marketing experiences and visual communication together to deliver on content production, online and offline campaigns, and change management strategies.
I’ve contributed to organizations like Hyatt Andaz Costa Rica and the Global Collaboration Sales organization at Cisco Systems with MarComm strategies, SOPs, and supported change management initiatives to successfully lead organizations through strategic shifts and changes in executive leadership. I regularly liaise with Chief Executives, VPs, Regional Directors, and Team Leaders, advocating for adoption, insight management, and multi-channel communication strategies to contribute to positioning and engage on awareness strategies.
I have led global recruitment digital campaigns, oversaw storytelling, and managed content production teams aligned to content strategies for federation organizations managing multiple stakeholders. I have accrued experience in communication and marketing for enterprises and international organizations, including leading brand refresh initiatives, establishing clear brand voices and design guidelines, and playing key roles in conceptualizing positioning strategies for universities, networked organizations, and partners.

I am a certified Change Management Practitioner by the Prosci Insitute and have delivered intentional change strategies over the past years.
My expertise in digital marketing encompasses customer engagement, social media dynamics, planning, and strategy, refined through a course at Columbia Business School in collaboration with EMERITUS, my certification in Google Analytics.
I am a post-graduate in Advertising and Graphic Design from Veritas University in 2018.
