Research thesis investigated the relationship between innovation and cooperation patterns against different sets of incentives and resource endowments. Developed original formal theoretical model and analysed panel data obtained through a series of experiments on cooperation run at the economic lab of the university of Alicante in Spain. Several articles extracted from the thesis were published on international journals.
