I have worked with Virgin Media (Telecommunication company in UK) for five and half years and have acquired years of skills and experience as a Customer Service Adviser, Human Resource Officer and Customer Resolution Manager. I work with RPS Engineering Services as Assistant Human Resource Manager currently and have assisted my team develop the skills to meet and exceed customer expectation. This has resulted in achieving key performance indicators (KPI) every quarter for the last twelve months, increased company’s profits and customer commendation score. I have also gained excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer relation skills, coaching and mentoring skills, training and development as well as human resource practice. I have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and work well as part of a team and also on my own. I have team building and good facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
