The Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) is hiring a Recruiting Specialist for a remote, full-cycle recruiting position. The postholder will own hiring rounds end-to-end and help CEA scale as it grows its headcount significantly through 2026 and 2027. Good recruiting multiplies the impact of everything an organisation does, and CEA sits at the centre of the effective altruism ecosystem, so the role's theory of impact is indirect but real.

Key details: Location: Remote (Global). Experience level: Junior (1-4 years of experience). Role type: Operations. Salary: $100,000 - $110,000. Problem area: Building effective altruism. Application deadline: 31 October 2026.

The full job description, including detailed responsibilities and requirements, is available on the CEA careers page linked in the application URL.
