Location: Remote (Global)

The Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) is hiring for Events Program Lead roles on its events team. This is a full-time, remote position open globally. There are two new positions: one focused on Special Events, which are small, high-stakes convenings such as the Meta Coordination Forum, and one focused on Virtual Programs, which means scaling a portfolio of virtual events as a lever for growing the effective altruism community.

The role sits in the Operations, Strategy and Management category and is aimed at mid-level candidates with roughly 5-9 years of experience. The problem area is building effective altruism, and CEA looks for candidates with deep EA context. The salary range is $120,000 - $165,000. The visa sponsorship field is listed as 'Other'; check the full posting for details.

Full responsibilities and requirements are in the full posting on CEA's careers page.

Application Deadline1 November 2026
