High Impact Professionals (HIP) is a remote nonprofit that helps experienced professionals transition into high-impact careers. HIP is hiring for a Chief of Staff or Managing Director role, with the level depending on the candidate's experience. The Chief of Staff position is a hands-on, execution-focused role, while the Managing Director position is a more senior role leading HIP's internal operations as the organisation scales from about 5 to about 14 people. The role covers operations, strategy and management. It is fully remote and open globally, and is suited to mid-level (5-9 years) or senior (10+ years) professionals. Salary range: $60,000 - $140,000. Problem area: building effective altruism. Application deadline: 31 October 2026.
