Tiko is a high-growth, award-winning African nonprofit working to radically transform healthcare access and strengthen the potential and resilience of adolescent girls across Africa. It builds local health ecosystems (community-based organisations with peer mobilisers, public and private clinics, and retail partners) that provide stigma-free, no-cost, quality-assured services addressing unintended pregnancy, HIV infection, and sexual and gender-based violence.
Tiko is hiring 2 Ecosystem Coordinators with proven experience in the Ekurhuleni and Tshwane ecosystems. The coordinator works closely with all actors across Tiko ecosystems to resolve first-line non-technical questions, and visits ecosystems for regular in-person check-ups with actors.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to questions from actors across ecosystems via phone, internet and other sources; resolve issues within your capabilities and escalate others to the right internal team.
* Ensure branding is done correctly at each actor and support any compliance issues.
* Coordinate activities with other field teams so work runs smoothly and effectively.
* Identify, prevent, respond to and mitigate fraud in any ecosystem you work in, flagging suspicious activity or breaches of the code of conduct and SOPs.
* Map and set up new Tiko ecosystems, and find and contract new actors.
Requirements:
* Currently based in Ekurhuleni or Tshwane (mandatory).
* A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
* Experience in Mental Health, HIV, and Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) programming, in clinical or programme settings.
* 3-4 years of working experience in a similar area.
* Salesforce experience is a plus.
* Tech-savvy, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team; a problem solver.
* Fluent in English (mandatory) and another local language.
Compensation: gross salary range of R40,158 - R50,197 per month, plus medical insurance, retirement fund, accident/life insurance, commuting allowance, airtime/internet allowance, a personal development budget and unlimited holiday days.
