Senior Manager, Recruitment
Global Impact supports high-impact social change programs around the world through effective philanthropy. Its staff has multiplied, and the Senior Manager, Recruitment will join the Human Resources team to support the continued growth and development of the organization and its team members.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Talent Sourcing: Seek active and passive candidates, build relationships through LinkedIn and job boards, and attend professional networking events to maintain an active database of qualified professionals for future openings.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and evaluate candidates in partnership with hiring managers to match criteria.
- Management: Enhance the current recruitment process, and suggest and implement new recruitment trends and processes.
- Strategic Advisement: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, guiding compensation discussions, and refining qualification criteria.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment setting; international recruitment experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, Microsoft Office, and project management software such as Asana.
Working at Global Impact: This is a full-time position and may be fully remote, with occasional travel to headquarters in Washington, D.C., for team meetings. Local employees work a hybrid model, with 1-4 days per month in the Washington, D.C., office. Visa sponsorship is not available.
The salary range is $88,000 - $94,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 16 paid holidays, 25 paid days off, parental leave, medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401K program.
