MSF is an international humanitarian aid organization providing assistance in over 70 countries. As E-Pool Mobile Country Mental Health Activity Manager (MHAM), you oversee mental health programmes providing mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) in emergency contexts, supporting implementation of MH components in MSF OCB's E-Pool supported programmes. Members travel at short notice to contexts where the E-Pool leads interventions, in a roving capacity, on successive short-term assignments of 6 weeks to 3 months. Responsibilities include: defining, supporting and monitoring MHPSS activities in emergencies; conducting assessments and proposing MHPSS strategies; supporting capacity building and development of MHPSS human resources in the field; contributing to monitoring and evaluation of MHPSS activities; ensuring coordination and continuation of care through briefings/debriefings and reporting; and collaboration with MH Referents and other teams. Requirements: qualified clinical psychologist or psychiatrist with master's degree or equivalent; minimum 2 years international NGO experience including at least one MSF experience as Mental Health Activity Manager; emergency response experience a strong asset; experience in capacity building; proficiency in English and French mandatory, Arabic/Spanish/Portuguese an asset; availability to travel to any country on short notice. Conditions: fixed-term contract, 12 months, full-time; not a family position; medical insurance 100% covered; 45 days annual paid leave; completion bonus of 1.5-month salary upon completion of 12-month contract.
