Position: Oficial de Logística y Acceso Humanitario, based in Quibdó, Chocó, Colombia, under the Dirección de Operaciones. Permanent, full-time role, Grade 4 (Officer level). Involves frequent contact with children, requiring strict child safeguarding compliance. Key responsibilities include supporting local procurement processes in the Cali office and field offices, ensuring compliance with SC procurement policies, collecting supplier quotations, managing purchases through the GP platform within budget parameters, following up on supplier deliveries, coordinating documentation for finance payments, maintaining procurement tracker and inventory records via the TIM platform, and participating in area/office meetings. Also responsible for field staff security follow-up: monitoring daily field activities, informing management of potential threats, maintaining regional risk matrices, ensuring office security measures (alarms, access control), organizing security briefings and trainings for staff and visitors, tracking movements of national and international staff/visitors, producing weekly/monthly/quarterly security reports, and participating in field missions supporting programmatic activities. Requirements: professional degree in a related field, willingness to reside in Quibdó and travel to other municipalities in Valle del Cauca or other SCC operation areas, minimum 3 years relevant experience, proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, strong communication and analytical skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment, capacity to work in complex, high-risk, multicultural and multidisciplinary contexts, and strong commitment to Save the Children's values.
