We're looking for a ServiceNow HR & Workplace Developer to configure, develop, and improve solutions across HRSD, Employee Center, Workplace Service Delivery, and FSM. You'll work closely with experienced ServiceNow engineers and business stakeholders, turning requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions.
What you'll do: Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center, and Workplace solutions; build and maintain workflows, catalog items, flows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts; support onboarding, offboarding, employee services, desk and room booking; create and maintain knowledge articles, reports, dashboards, and documentation; test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve ServiceNow solutions; support integrations, FSM, and other ServiceNow modules as required; work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
What you'll bring: Basic hands-on ServiceNow experience or relevant project/internship experience; understanding of ServiceNow configuration and development fundamentals; basic JavaScript knowledge; familiarity with workflows/automation and troubleshooting; good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; interest in developing a career in ServiceNow. Nice to have: basic data analysis skills, strong communication skills, understanding of ITIL or incident/change processes, ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification preferred but not required.
Contract Type: Fixed Term, 3 years. EBRD offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements with a minimum of 3 days a week in-person collaboration.
