DW Akademie is establishing a pool of qualified trainers and co-trainers to design and deliver specialized training programs as part of the project's 'Media Emergency Kit' activity cluster.

Thematic areas: Ethics of Journalism; Fact-checking and verification; Beyond the hot news - Professional local journalism; Conflict-sensitive reporting and transitional justice; Audience Outreach and Community Management; 4-dimensional safety (physical, psychological, legal and digital); Efficient and ethical use of AI in media work.

Part of the EU-funded project 'Fill the Space: Ensuring information supply and media trust for stabilisation in Syria,' implemented by DW Akademie in partnership with Fatabyyano, supporting institutional and professional development of the Syrian Arab News Agency.
