CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), is looking for an experienced delivery professional to bring structure, pace and clarity to a complex portfolio of digital change within a purpose-led, regulated bank.
What you'll do: Own the overall Digital delivery plan, helping progress the highest-value customer, operational and strategic priorities. Coordinate digital change across Online Banking, AI and automation, digital adoption and other priority initiatives, bringing together teams, suppliers and stakeholders so work is well prioritised, realistically planned and delivered with appropriate governance, control and transparency. Specifically: own and maintain a clear, integrated delivery plan across the Digital portfolio; translate strategic priorities and roadmap items into executable delivery plans; maintain visibility of priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions; establish delivery routines including planning sessions, progress reviews, blocker reviews and retrospectives; coordinate delivery across Digital, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and external suppliers; identify and remove blockers, escalating promptly; own core delivery controls including RAID logs, action logs, milestone trackers, delivery dashboards and dependency tracking; provide clear reporting for governance and senior stakeholders; coordinate supplier plans, estimates and delivery commitments; support release readiness by tracking UAT progress, known issues and operational readiness; improve flow of work from discovery through delivery, testing, release and benefits realisation; and identify opportunities to use AI to increase pace and effectiveness of delivery.
Who we are looking for: An experienced digital, technology or change delivery professional comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and bringing structure to complex or ambiguous environments. Requirements include experience managing delivery plans, milestones, actions, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams; coordinating digital/technology/change delivery across cross-functional teams; strong delivery planning, prioritisation and workload management; maintaining RAID logs, action logs, milestone trackers and dashboards; identifying blockers, managing dependencies and escalating effectively; working with external suppliers or third-party delivery partners; supporting release readiness, UAT coordination or delivery assurance; understanding of agile, product-led or hybrid delivery environments; strong written and verbal communication; excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills; ability to work through ambiguity. Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated environment, and in online banking, automation, AI, digital channels or customer journey improvement, is an advantage.
