Starting Date: ASAP. Contract type: Full-time and open-ended. The Membership & Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in strengthening Better Cotton's engagement with members and supply chain actors across the Far East Asia and Australasia (FEAA) region. The role is responsible for managing the full membership lifecycle, supporting supply chain operations, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, and ensuring effective delivery of Better Cotton's Chain of Custody (CoC) and traceability systems. Through excellent coordination, administration, and stakeholder support, this position contributes directly to operational excellence, member satisfaction, and the advancement of sustainable cotton supply chains. Looking ahead to 2030, Better Cotton is targeting halving GHG emissions from cotton production, significant reductions in synthetic pesticide use, improved soil health, increased farm income, and women's empowerment among farmers and farm workers.
Responsibilities (Demand & Engagement / Supply Chain Operations Team):
* Managing the end-to-end membership process, including application reviews, due diligence checks, onboarding, data entry, and membership status tracking.
* Supporting the implementation of Chain of Custody (CoC), certification transition, and traceability programmes across the FEAA region.
* Maintaining accurate records in CRM and SharePoint systems and ensuring membership and supplier information is current and accessible.
* Organising and delivering member engagement activities, including webinars, annual meetings, trade fairs, virtual events, and stakeholder visits.
* Coordinating invoicing, payment tracking, account updates, and membership renewals with internal finance teams.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications while supporting continuous improvement across supply chain operations and stakeholder experience.
Essential experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
* 4-6 years of experience in membership services, client relationship management, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships, administrative processes, data management, and operational coordination.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Fluent English and Vietnamese language skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Desirable: experience within the textile, apparel, sustainability, agricultural, or certification sectors; support of Chain of Custody, traceability, certification or supply chain assurance programmes; working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and SharePoint; experience coordinating online and in-person events; knowledge of regional languages within the FEAA region.
Working arrangements: full-time (40 hours per week), based in Vietnam, flexible working with core hours 10am-4pm local time; the position will require international travel.
