The role
We are seeking a motivated Sponsorship intern to help explore and commercialise ICC content, events, products, services and business networks.
Your responsibilities and learning opportunities include:
* Client follow-up;
* Customer relations;
* Administrative support (client registration, invoicing follow-up);
* Onsite event logistical support and creation of marketing materials for events;
* Assistance in drafting pitches for email marketing campaigns;
* Sales support;
* Website updates;
* Business development research.

Requirements
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
* Are a student preparing a Master's degree or B.A., preferably in marketing.
* Are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Knowledge of other languages such as French or Spanish would be an asset.
* Have proven skills in client relations, communications and project management.
* Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Internet tools and a good understanding of web marketing.
* Are able to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced working international environment with challenging deadlines.
* Are organised, detail-oriented and ready to take initiative
* Are a proactive team player.
* Are customer- and service-oriented.
* Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
Terms and conditions
Important information before applying:
* You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
* Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
* Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
* Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
* Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
