? Support the day-to-day implementation of the Lead Organisation's designated programme activities, ensuring all tasks are executed on schedule and to the required quality standards
? Conceptualise dynamic digital democracy activities & events both online and offline
? Coordinate innovative activities and programming with diverse African programme partners including youth hubs, digital rights organisations, tech developers and CSOs
? Maintain and update detailed activity trackers, workplans, and implementation schedules, flagging delays or risks to the Project Coordinator in a timely manner.
? Coordinate logistical arrangements for programme activities, including workshops, community engagements, trainings, and public convenings, ensuring smooth and professional execution.
? Liaise with internal teams, community partners, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the seamless delivery of organisational-level activities.
? Support the preparation and review of activity reports, field updates, and progress documentation, contributing to the timely submission of donor narrative reports.
? Assist with budget monitoring for the Lead Organisation's programme activities, tracking expenditures and supporting financial compliance requirements in coordination with the Finance and Grants teams.
? Contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection, beneficiary documentation, and activity-level reporting in line with the programme's MEL framework.
? Assist in content capture, social media posting and documentation of impact stories arising from organisational activities.
? Maintain organised programme files, databases, and records, ensuring all activity documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for audit and reporting purposes.
? Perform any other duties reasonably required to support effective programme delivery, as directed by the Programme Lead
