Assignment Title: Procurement Specialist to provide procurement support to SEAFS

The Syrian Ministry of Finance has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the above-referenced project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring a procurement specialist to provide procurement support to the Syria External Assistance Fiduciary Section (SEAFS)to be established under the Project.

Interested applicant who meets the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services based on the Terms and References (TOR) will be selected. The TOR may be requested from the address below or can be downloaded from:

The Individual Consultant will be selected through a competitive process based on qualifications and experience and in accordance with the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated September 2025 ("Procurement Regulations").
