About Etijah
Youth and Development Consultancy Institute – Etijah is a non-profit organization specializing in developing, improving, and disseminating development methodologies in youth and community development.
Based in Cairo, Etijah's primary concern is to create and tailor up-to-date and high-quality development methodologies, research tools, applicable practices of youth development, and training delivery models, to be able to qualify youth by providing them with the skills, know-how, and aptitudes, as well as contribute to building the capacity of governmental and non-governmental youth-serving organizations. Our role is to provide youth with direct access to unconditional participation by providing practical tools and models for developing community-wide initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
* Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date (hard and soft copies)
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
* Follow up and respond over the governmental documents.
* Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, short list preparation, hiring, and following up with candidate and update our database
* Acquires candidate resumes from online platforms, including websites, LinkedIn, and other sources.
* Assist in sourcing candidates and update our database
* Manages employee custody of Etijah assets.

Job Requirements
* Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Coordinator, Staff Assistant, or in a relevant human resources/administrative role.
* Education: Bachelor's degree with experience in HR.
* Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of local labor laws and other relative laws.
* Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
