Mission :
• Under the supervision of the PACA Field Coordinator, you will contribute to the definition and ensure the implementation of the support and assistance strategy for the operational partners of the Mission France in Marseille.
• More specifically, your missions will be to:
• Contribute to defining the strategy and support activities for partners in the Marseille-PACA region;
• Participate in the identification, development, and drafting of new support projects for partners;
• Ensure the deployment and monitoring of support activities for partners in the Marseille-PACA region and maintain a regular presence in the field alongside resource center partners and target audiences;
• Develop tools and methodologies for partner support and project engineering (operational intervention protocol and/or food security protocol, monitoring and evaluation including diagnosis; coordination and networking; facilitation and training, etc.);
• Actively participate in coordination/representation/external inter-stakeholder work and external interventions;
• Support the collection and dissemination of field information for reporting, communication, and advocacy purposes;
• Ensure the collection, analysis, enhancement, and dissemination of qualitative and quantitative data from resource center activities, particularly data from field surveys;
• Manage and supervise your team and participate to the life of the base and the mission: management of 1 intern
Profile :
• You hold a Master's degree in political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, humanities, social design, economics, or statistics.
• You have at least four years of project management experience in one of the following areas: social action / food security and combating food insecurity / monitoring and evaluation / protection and access to rights. You have proven experience in France in multi-stakeholder coordination with local authorities, decentralized state services, associations, etc.
• You also have demonstrated experience in public speaking and external representation, and you have acquired expertise in food security (including cash transfers) and/or nutrition, as well as in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) applied to projects in France.
• You are able to adopt an intervention strategy and contribute to its development. You possess strong interpersonal skills and experience in collective intelligence, facilitating discussions, and training diverse profiles, enabling you to mobilize networks of stakeholders and build and maintain relationships of trust.
• You are proficient in facilitating workshops/meetings and in the methods and practices involved. You have knowledge and understanding of the political and institutional dynamics in France, and knowledge of the Marseille associative and institutional fabric.
Employment Conditions
Status: Integrated Manager, Class 7 - Permanent Contract - Full-time
Location: Marseille
Salary: €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters
