Contratação De Consultor (a) Coordenador (a) Geral Para Apoio Técnico À Unidade De Gerenciamento Do Programa (UGP) Do Programa Rodar MS
Request for Expression of Interest (SMI) No. 001/2026 (notice in Portuguese) for an Individual Consultant (Coordenador Geral / General Coordinator) under the Brazil Proactive, Safe, and Resilient Road Asset Management Program – State of Mato Grosso do Sul (Rodar MS), Project P505590, financed by IBRD Loan Agreement 9820-BR. The State of Mato Grosso do Sul, through the Secretariat of Government and Strategic Management (SEGOV) and the Strategic Partnerships Office (EPE), seeks an individual consultant to be responsible for the general administration of the project, including the planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of all activities linked to the contract, in line with EPE guidelines and the other executing entities of the Rodar MS Program.
Minimum qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Economics, Accounting or related applied social sciences; specialization in administration, finance, human resources management, project management or related management and leadership areas; intermediate English, with emphasis on reading technical documents. Minimum experience: 3 years of professional experience in projects involving fundraising, preferably infrastructure; 7 years of professional experience in leadership positions. Desired experience: executing programs and projects financed with international funds; experience as a fundraising coordinator.
Selection follows the Individual Consultant (IC) method under the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Borrowers (September 2025). Number of positions: 01. Contract type: Lump sum / deliverables. Duration: 24 months from contract signature. Expressing interest does not imply any commitment to hire.
